What is Giclée printing?
Giclée printing is a fine art digital printing process that combines advanced inkjet technology with high-quality archival inks on paper or canvas to produce vibrant and long-lasting prints.
Giclée prints are produced using high gamut inkjet printers with up to 12 different coloured pigment based inks which are lightfast and archival. They not only produce a phenomenal range and depth of colour, but also smooth transition of tone and great luminosity, where required.
Paired with a museum grade paper or canvas, giclée prints will meet archival standards and bring many years of enjoyment for the art collector.

Paper Prints
At EddieCockramArt.com we want you to enjoy Eddie’s artwork printed on a natural paper with an artistic feel. All our paper prints use Hahnemühle Museum Etching Matt Digital FineArt paper.
Hahnemühle Museum Etching is a natural white cotton art paper with an inkjet coating specially optimised for FineArt printing. Developed with the artist in mind, this heavyweight textured paper refrains from using any optical brighteners and, therefore, is highly stable. The tactile textures of the paper give images depth and a three-dimensional quality. The pure cotton base, combined with the premium matt inkjet coating, creates wonderfully vivid colours and deep blacks, producing outstanding detail. Meeting exacting requirements, this acid- and lignin-free is age resistant and ideal for printing works of art. We think this paper is the ideal choice for Eddie Cockram’s beautiful watercolour and acrylic paper print reproductions.

Greeting Cards
Each artwork is also available as a Greeting Card (blank inside), and minimum order quantity of 25 cards per design. For card printing we use a high-white matte paper which is very slightly textured and most suitable for card artwork reproduction. All cards are supplied with premium recycled white envelopes and high-clarity quality cello bags. All our cards are FSC certified as standard.
Canvas Prints
For stretched canvas prints we use archival quality canvas. This is a museum grade OBA free, 450 micron canvas with a poly-cotton blend, semi-gloss finish, with a medium texture.
Our hand stretched canvas prints use FSC certified premium stretcher bars with a 24mm profile depth. Each stretched canvas comes with padded backs and will be ready for flush to wall hanging with a premium finish.
